A comprehensive range of sliding door fittings for either top hung or bottom rolling straight sliding doors, constructed in timber or metal and operating on single or multiple track runs.

Except for Straightaway 100, standard door hangers are of steel construction with ball bearings lubricated for life. Top hung straight sliding door gears for single track runs have been exhaustively tested to establish realistic carrying capacities.

The performance recommendations apply to the gear only and specifiers and purchasers must satisfy themselves that the building structures are adequate for the door weights and local wind pressures. Specified working clearance should be maintained under all conditions. For heavier doors apply for details of special tracks and alternative systems. All loadings given are based on doors subject to normal manual usage under average windloading conditions.

Whilst the systems shown in this catalogue are especially suitable for exterior openings, their use may be considered in some instances for interior use.
